Tommy Girvin joined The Eddie Money Band in 1986. His unique style of guitar playing has added another dimension to the band, the diversity of his playing puts him in a class by himself. While on tour, Tommy, sometimes gives the crowd a double dose of his variety of guitar playing. As an opening act, he shifts gears into a powerhouse acoustic solo which can only be described as awesome. He currently has a CD that is selling well in Europe with Donny Cromwell. Prior to "The Eddie Money Band", Tommy played in the southern California rock and roll band "Smile" ,which had a tremendous following throughout the southwest. Tommy, like most of the band, resides in southern California and enjoys some of the simple things in life when off the road.
